Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://www.fab-racing.co.uk/ website (the "Service") operated by Motokitz LTD (trading as Fab Racing) ("us", "we", or "our").

When you create an account or register for an event with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account or race entry.

2. EVENT PARTICIPATION

By registering for a Fab Racing event:

  • You agree to abide by all technical and sporting regulations provided by the organisers and governing bodies.
  • You acknowledge that motorsport is dangerous and you participate at your own risk.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who fails to meet safety or conduct standards.

3. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All payments for event entries or products must be made through our approved payment processors. Refund policies for race entries are subject to the specific rules of the championship or event series and may be found in the supplementary regulations.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Motokitz LTD (trading as Fab Racing). Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Motokitz LTD (trading as Fab Racing).

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Fab Racing. Fab Racing has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

6. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
